• Usage Data — we may collect information that your device sends whenever you use our Service, such as your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, and the time and date of your use.

Depending on the features of the application, it may request access to certain device capabilities. These permissions are only used for the core functionality of the app:

• Camera Permission — required to access your device's camera solely for the purpose of scanning barcodes within the application. We do not capture, store, or record any visual data or images from your camera on our servers.

STOCKGUARD+ is offered on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), with a 7-day free trial on your first subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed entirely through Google Play Billing — we never see or store your payment card details. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before it renews. You can review your subscription, change plans, or cancel at any time from your device: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; we do not issue partial refunds for unused time, except where required by Google Play's own refund policy.

The security of your data is important to us. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated business data (products, orders, companies, categories, and stock movement history) directly within the app: open StockGuard+, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm with your password. This action is immediate and cannot be undone. If you no longer have access to the app or need assistance with account deletion, please contact us at support@ddapptech.com.
